So what's up with you? All things ok with the courses in freediving?

Everything here in Ollanda is good, although the hard trainingschedule during the winter, now the good weather will be coming...still cold to freedive in Ollanda though Shock

Here I am again Wink

just returned from my holiday in the Dominican Republic ( http://www.shark-bait.com/blog/2007/07/27/sharkbait-of-the-caribbean-returns/ or http://www.shark-bait.com/ for all the news). Since the course from umberto I've been quite busy training for some competitions and projects and now after the holiday we continue to do so. I wanted to participate in the World Championships in Maribor this year, but my girlfriend graduated and received her diploma in the same week, so I had to cancel.

How did the Instructor course go last summer 2006 ? Did you do any nice coursesthis year? And how is the planning for 2008 courses you do with Umberto?

I really want to visit egypt again sometime and my girlfriend also likes the sound of that, so we'll keep an eye out.
